Mobile Notary

Hard Copy Notarization 

We travel to you for Notarizations. Home, office or even a Starbucks.

A minimum travel fee of $50 in the Boulder area. Contact us for a quote.

The fee for each notarization is $15, as established by the Colorado Secretary of State.  

Electronic Notarization

This is not remote notarization (RON) and requires face to face appearance with the Notary.   

We are authorized by the Secretary of State to perform Electronic Notarization.  

• A document in electronic form

•  Signed with an electronic digital signature 

• Notarized electronically 

• Filed or sent electronically to its destination.
